Our charming studio apartments include a private bathroom and kitchenette.  All studio apartments feature a bay window or private patio.  Studios are large enough for both a sitting area and sleeping area.

Outside of their apartments residents take advantage of the many common areas, some more private than others.  In the lobby residents find their mailboxes, a computer area, sitting area, TV room and library.  There is also a large center courtyard where there is an organic garden run by residents, outdoor dining tables, a fountain and meditation area, and benches to enjoy the Santa Barbara sun.
